Mr. ZHENG Jianjiang (鄭劍江) Chairman of the Board and Executive Director
Introduction
Mr. Cheng Kin Kong, one of the founders, chairman of the Board, executive Director and controlling shareholder of the Company, is primarily responsible for overseeing the overall management and business operations of the Group, the affairs of the Board, formulating strategies and operational plans, and making major business decisions. Mr. Cheng is a renowned entrepreneur and a recognized leader in the industry. He founded the Group in 1994 and has since led our development and growth, holding key positions such as director and senior management of various subsidiaries of the Group and its predecessor companies.
Mr. XIN Ning (欣宁) Executive Director and President
Introduction
Mr. Xin Ning is an executive Director and the president of the Company. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations of the Group and the implementation of strategies and operational plans. Mr. Xin has extensive experience in the air-conditioning industry. He joined the Group in February 2011 and served as the manager of the audit department, assistant to the president, head of finance, vice president and secretary of the board of directors of the Group.

It is primarily responsible for overseeing the affairs of the Board and providing strategic advice and guidance on the Group's business operations. Mr. Cheng has nearly 30 years of experience in corporate management. He is currently an executive director and chairman of the board of directors of Oaks International, and a director and vice chairman of Oaks Group
Mr. HE Xiwan is a Non-executive Director

Mr. He Xiwan, is a non-executive Director of the Company. It is primarily responsible for overseeing the affairs of the Board and providing strategic advice and guidance on the Group's business operations. Mr. Ho has nearly 30 years of experience in corporate management. He was a director, chairman and president of Oaks Group, and is currently a director of Oaks Group.
Ms. LI Jian is a non-executive Director
Introduction
Ms. Li Jian, is a non-executive Director of the Company. Responsible for overseeing the affairs of the Board and providing strategic advice and guidance on the Group's business operations. Since January 2008, Ms. Li Jian has been the vice president of Oaks Group.
Mr. XIANG Wei is an independent non-executive Director
Introduction
Mr. Xiang Wei, is an independent non-executive Director of the Company. It is primarily responsible for providing independent advice and judgment to the Board of Directors. Mr. Xiang has over 28 years of experience in financial management, auditing and accounting. He holds the Chinese Certified Public Accountant Certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China and the Certified Asset Appraiser Certificate issued by the China Asset Appraisal Association
Dr. JING Xian is an independent non-executive Director
Introduction
Dr. Jing Xian is an independent non-executive Director of the Company. It is primarily responsible for providing independent advice and judgment to the Board of Directors. Dr. Jing has served as a lecturer, associate professor and professor at the Business School of Ningbo Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University. He is a senior accountant and a non-executive member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants
Mr. TAO Shengwen is an independent non-executive Director
Introduction
Mr. Tao Shengwen, is an independent non-executive Director of the Company and is primarily responsible for providing independent advice and judgment to the Board. Mr. Tao has been engaged in legal services for over 20 years. He is currently a senior partner of Zhejiang Heyi Guanda Law Firm.
Mr. ZHUO Senqing (Zhuo Senqing) General Manager of R&D
Introduction
Mr. Zhuo Senqing is the general manager of R&D of the Company. He is primarily responsible for the Group's technology strategy and R&D management. Mr. Zhuo, joined the Group in March 2015 and was the assistant to the general manager, deputy general manager and general manager of the Group's R&D center.
Mr. ZHANG Bo (張波) Head of Finance and Secretary of the Board of Directors

Mr. Zhang Bo is the financial officer and secretary of the board of directors of the Company. It is primarily responsible for the overall financial management of the Group. Mr. Zhang, who joined the Group in July 2012, has over 13 years of experience in accounting and financial management, and was the head of audit and deputy chief financial officer of the Group.
