The following Statement of Compliance applies to Oaks Group Limited and its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Oaks Group", "we", "us" or "our") which it directly or indirectly controls worldwide.

Key compliance measures

Commercial corruption seriously undermines fair competition in the market and has an extremely negative impact on society, economy and sustainable development of enterprises. Oaks Group adheres to integrity, strictly abides by business ethics, complies with all relevant laws and regulations where it operates, and implements a "zero tolerance" policy for any form of corruption.


Oaks Group has taken a series of positive and effective measures and established a comprehensive management system to prevent business corruption. Oaks requires all employees or individuals and entities involved in business activities on behalf of Oaks not to offer bribes to public officials or other individuals and entities in any way, directly or indirectly, for commercial gain. If suppliers, agents, consultants and other business partners (hereinafter referred to as "partners") engage in such behavior against Oaks employees for the same purpose, the employees must immediately refuse and report to the company. When doing business with partners, Oaks ensures that partners also follow Oaks' anti-corruption policies and limit their conduct through contractual terms and corresponding monitoring procedures.
